What is an All Access Pass?
The WiseTo Social Issues All Access Pass authorizes you to view all the additional detailed articles on every topic featured on WiseTo, including all points of view and all statistics, allowing you to full access to all of the premium content on WiseTo Social Issues.

When I buy an Expert Pass or an All Access Pass, do I get new articles when they become available?
Yes. When new articles are added to a topic area for which you have an Expert Pass or an All Access Pass, you will have access to them, allowing you to stay current on the issues.
What kind of articles will I get in with an Expert Pass or an All Access Pass?
The content on WiseTo Social Issues includes full-text articles and essays as well as tables, charts and graphs. The information comes from a variety of highly regarded reference sets, magazines, academic journals and newspapers.
How much does an Expert Pass cost?
A 30-day Expert Pass is $4.99 payable by all major credit cards.
How much does an All Access Pass cost?
A 30-day All Access Pass is $9.99 payable by all major credit cards.
How long is my Expert Pass or All Access Pass valid?
Your Expert Pass or your All Access Pass will be valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
What happens to my Expert Pass or All Access Pass content after my membership expires?
After 30 days, you will no longer be able to view any of the content authorized by your Expert Pass or All Access Pass. To extend your Expert Pass or All Access Pass for an additional 30 days, you will need to buy another Expert Pass for that topic or an All Access Pass.
What is the WiseTo refund policy for an Expert Pass or All Access Pass?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for purchases of an Expert Pass or the All Access Pass.
Can I buy an individual WiseTo article?
The content on WiseTo Social Issues is chosen to offer a full overview of controversial issues and topics. The Expert Pass or the All Access Pass is designed to offer a broad look at particular social issues; at this time, we do not sell individual articles. How do I cancel my Expert Pass or All Access Pass?
Your Expert Pass or All Access Pass will be accessible for 30 days – there is no need to cancel as the content will no longer be visible after the expiration date.

How does My Locker work?
My Locker is a great place to store your favorite articles or to mark articles for later viewing. On any article page, you can click the My Locker icon to add that article to your locker. To view those articles, login to My Locker at the top of any WiseTo Social Issues page. You will see links to any Expert/All Access Pass that you purchased as well as links to individual articles you have saved.
What is the Free Digest that I am able to print for each topic?
WiseTo Social Issues includes authoritative information on some society’s hottest topics and ongoing controversies. The Free Digest offers a snapshot of each topic to outline the basics pertaining to the particular issue. The Free Digest includes a definition and general overview, as well as three points of view offering arguments for Pro, Con and Middle of the Road viewpoints. You will also find fast facts and statistics highlighting key points.
I’ve purchased an Expert Pass or an All Access Pass but I can’t see any of my premium content. How do I view what I’ve purchased?
You need to login to WiseTo Social Issues to view your the premium content that is unlocked after purchasing either an Expert Pass or All Access Pass . The login box is at the top right of any site page. The premium content will appear on the topic pages/entire site for the Expert Pass or All Access Pass that you purchased. You will see additional points of view, more statistics, and additional “In the News” articles. In addition, when you go to the Study Center, you will see the “Critical Thinking Guides” and writing tips that are only available to Expert Pass or All Access Pass holders.
How do I cite the sources I’ve found?
Citation examples for the MLA (Modern Language Association) and APA (American Psychological Association) formats are offered in the Study Center.
What if I need more information on Social Issues?
If you have not been able to find the information you need on WiseTo Social Issues, contact your school or public library to see if they subscribe to Gale's award-winning Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center, which offers millions of articles relating to social issues.
