Michael Jingozian supports abortion rights.

Jingozian believes the federal government should not be involved in education. He thinks that the Department of Education and the No Child Left Behind program should be dismantled, and education should be left to the states and local communities.  He supports the use of vouchers for school choice and increasing teacher salaries.

Jingozian supports conservation so that the United States can meet current needs without further damaging the environment with current rates of deforestation, dependence on fossil fuels, and the depletion of resources like clean water. He supports sustainability goals that would lead to less consumerism and more focus on the "reduce, reuse, recycle" philosophy. He believes that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) should be rebuilt; he supports using free market initiatives to spur environmentally friendly technology so that America can acheive environmental goals of sustainability.

Jingozian believes that by supporting free market initiatives, alternative fuel technologies can be developed to reduce dependence on oil. He supports a "cap and trade" system with voluntary emission targets to control carbon emissions by energy producers, as well as increasing fuel efficiency standards and emission controls on all vehicles.

Jingozian does not believe that the federal government should be responsible for health care; he thinks a free market is the best way to deal with health care costs.

Jingozian believes that the Department of Homeland Security and the Patriot Act should be dismantled and America should try to fight the root causes of terrorism rather than using violence. He is against the National ID Card.

Jingozian believes the borders of the United States must be secured to stop the flow of illegal immigrants. He supports stiff penalties for employers of illegal immigrants. He believes English should be made the official language of the United States.

Jingozian supports same-sex marriage.

Jingozian believes Social Security cannot survive in its current manifestation. He supports raising the minimum age for collecting benefits, increasing the payroll tax, and decreasing current benefits. He also believes workers should be able to put a portion of this money into private accounts they can manage themselves.

Jingozian believes in creating strong international relationships by being an example of a peaceful democracy, not using violence. He supports reducing the amount of the federal budget spent on the military and defense.

Jingozian supports the removal of troops from Iraq.
