Prosecutors charged a San Francisco man with homicide and child abuse Tuesday, alleging that he had been molesting the two young daughters of the woman he stabbed to death last week. Umar Hudson, 36, was arrested Friday after he allegedly killed his 32-year-old girlfriend, Jernell Scott.
San Francisco Chief Assistant District Attorney Russ Giuntini said police had been investigating the molestation allegations since February. Both girls are younger than 14.
The children were removed from Scott's home at the time of the initial molestation allegation, he added.
